Boat Builders’ Blend
A BRB favorite. The smoky rich flavor of Guatemala Antigua combines with the bright, wine-like flavor of Ethiopian Harrar to create a wonderfully complex medium bodied coffee.
French Roast
This is a dark roasted coffee which features a bittersweet, smooth flavor. Our master roaster carefully roasts this coffee to fully display the complex, rich flavors of our French Roast.
Hazelnut
Our medium bodied South American coffee is blended with the sweet, buttery, rich taste of hazelnuts. The hazelnut lends an enjoyably smooth flavor, making a wonderful, creamy treat anytime.
Holiday Blend (Seasonal)
An intriguing blend of Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Sumatra beans roasted medium dark for a full bodied smoky cup with a hint of spiciness.
Italian Roast
In Italy coffee is made rich and dark. Using a slow roast process our master roaster creates an exceptionally dark, rich, smoky flavor that is light bodied. It is simply magnificent.
Moka Java
The world’s first coffee blend. Sumatra Mandheling is paired with Ethiopian Harrar. The result is a complex blend featuring Sumatra’s full body and Harrar’s distinctive, bright flavor.
One Good Woman
This blend contains three of the world’s finest specialty coffees. Columbian provides a rich, flavorful base which showcases the full body of Sumatra Mandheling and the subtle, earthy tones of Ethiopian Harrar.
Privateer’s Blend
Inspired by the American sailors who piloted the famous Baltimore Clippers, this coffee is blended to be bold with an adventurous, dark roast. It is notable for its rich, smooth flavor, outstanding body and mild acidity.
Rock and Roll Blend
This is one of our favorite blends to make and drink. The coffee comes from the islands of Indonesia, which lends its full body taste to the strikingly flavorful African coffees and gives Rock and Roll an electric kick.
Safari Blend
This is an exclusively African blend, with some of the smoothest beans from Ethiopia, Kenya, and Tanzania. The taste is well balanced with excellent body and acidity, leaving a floral hint and a lingering citrus finish.
Scandinavian Blend
This is one of our roaster’s finest hand crafted blends—medium roasted Columbian Supremo mixed with a dark French Roast, adding smoky flavor to the smooth South American coffee, creating an all around exceptional cup.
Serengeti Blend
Africa provides the coffee beans for this delicious blend. The strong traditional Harrar is blended with the rich body of Yirgacheffe and rounded out with intense aroma and mild flavor of Tanzanian Peaberry. This is an exceptional all around cup.
Vienna Roast
A coffee roasted medium-dark to near perfection with remarkable balance. The flavor is somewhat nutty, with a hint of chocolate and spice. This is a very fragrant cup of coffee.
Brazilian Peaberry
The Peaberry coffee bean from Brazil is the smallest, round bean, offering the mildest coffee of all the peaberries. Brazilian Peaberry yields a cup of coffee with a smooth taste, medium body, and a pleasant aroma.
Costa Rican Tarrazu
These small compact beans produce a clean, crisp, lively cup with pronounced acidity and light body. Consistently high in quality and roasted to full development, Costa Rican is a great light cup with delightful complexity.
El Salvador Peaberry
A rich, full-bodied coffee with a smooth, sophisticated flavor and intense aroma. This coffee is less acidic than other Central American coffees, exhibiting distinct, sweet caramel flavors in the cup.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. Heirloom arabicas are still grown under shade canopies using only natural fertilizers. Yirgacheffe is the premium washed coffee from Ethiopia; it has an acidity reminiscent of lemon peels with a smooth body and a sweet aroma.
Guatemala Antigua
The volcanic soil of Guatemala lends a distinct smoky flavor to this varietal. This is a richly flavored coffee which has a surprisingly smooth full body and makes a wonderful cup of coffee any time of day.
Indian Monsooned Malabar
Malabar coffee is one of the most distinct in the world. The beans are exposed to the force of the monsoon, which removes much of the acidity. The resulting coffee is smooth with an almond-like flavor.
Kenya AA
This coffee, grown from the slopes of Mount Kenya, is graded “AA” for its fine quality. The flavor is complicated, with sharp acidity and a stoic solid body, much like an excellent wine.
Tanzania Peaberry
The small, distinctively shaped bean that gives this coffee its name also imparts an intense aroma and an uncharacteristically mild flavor for an African coffee. This coffee is rich and mellow with a medium body.
Zimbabwe
This African coffee is grown along the border of Mozambique, and is prized for its excellent balance. It offers moderate acidity, a complex flavor, and interjections of a rooty, spicy flavor.

Colombian Excelso (Organic)
Excelso is grown in great quantities throughout the vast coffee region of Colombia. It’s only natural that the optimal growing conditions were found at Mesa De Los Santos for the elite Colombian Excelso bean. The result is fragrant, delicious Organic Coffee.

Mexican Chiapas (Organic)
These coffee beans come from the Chiapas region in the southern mountains of Mexico. Coffees from this region are sought after for their delicate aroma, medium body, natural chocolate flavor, and bright acidity. It is a well balanced cup of organic coffee.
Mountain Harvest
A smooth post-roast blend of Organic Peruvian, Sumatran and Mexican beans; each is roasted separately to achieve a perfect combination of smokiness, body, and low acidity.
Nicaraguan Segovia (Fair-Trade)
This Fair-Trade certified coffee is the epitome of balance. It has a big flavor, reminiscent of milk chocolate with a pleasant, bittersweet tang in the finish, remaining balanced. This coffee is mild enough to be a crowd-pleasing classic cup, too.
Papua New Guinea (Fair-Trade)
This organic, Fair-Trade, hailing from the Indonesian island bearing the same name, has many characteristics similar to other classic Indos. Excellent body, mild earthiness, low acidity and a unique uniform bean size all allow a consistently perfect roast.
Peru Andes Gold (Fair-Trade)
Grown in the Andes at high altitudes near the Colombian border, this organic bean produces a mild, easy drinking cup with hints of chocolate. In addition to being certified by the OCIA as organic, this coffee is also FAIR-TRADE.
Peruvian Quillabamba (Fair-Trade)
This Organic, Fair-Trade certified coffee is a medium roasted bourbon bean, which features low acidity and a hint of natural smokiness. The end result is a delightfully well balanced cup of coffee.
Rainforest Blend (Organic)
A blend of Central and South American beans selected from the finest shade growing farms in their regions. Roasted to a medium dark brown, these beans release their full, rich flavor and excellent balance.
Sumatra Mandheling (Organic)
Sumatra is certified Organic by the OCIA. This coffee, from the island of Sumatra’s Gayo Mountain region, brews up a very smooth, earthy cup. The coffee is full-bodied and has an outstanding wine-like, syrupy taste.

Swiss Water-Processed Mexican Chiapas (Organic)

Swiss Water-Processed Sumatra Mandheling (Organic)
Decaf Sumatra uses Swiss water processing to gently remove the caffeine from the bean without the use of chemicals. This organic coffee is then medium roasted to highlight its full body, earthy aroma, and low acidity.
